David J. Smith
President/CEO
David is the founder and owner of NES Unlimited, incorporating the company in 2003. He is a 1984 graduate of New England Technical Institute with an Associate's Degree in General Contracting. David has been in business for the past 26 years. He has a strong background in residential and commercial construction, with skills including: estimation of small- and large-scale projects, business management, and contract negotiations. David has a keen sense of finding new clientele, ironing out the details, and securing large scale projects. Recently he opened Stoneridge Homes, Inc., a residential homes company building and marketing original design homes ranging from $250,000 to $450,000.
Goals: David's business goal is to continue the growth of both NES Unlimited and Stoneridge Homes by: building a family of employees superior to his industry competitors, forming an extensive client/customer base, and providing the quality clients expect at an affordable price. These elements will position both companies into a successful structure that can be passed on to his next generations.
